Rent is due on the 1st of every month and must be received by 5:00 p.m.on the third day of the month or a Late Fee of $75.00 will be charged.
You have many options of paying your rent. We will accept a Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check or you can pay your Rent On Line. All rent is payable to: Autumn Leaf, LLC and mailed to: 620 Arrow Hwy La Verne, CA 91750
Personal Check -you may write a personal check, payable to Autumn Leaf, LLC - however, if your check is returned by the bank for any reason, a $25.00 handling fee will be charged tenant must pay all future rent by Money Order or Cashier's Check only.
Paying Rent Online -please go to page and click on "paying rent online" and follow the instructions. On occasions, when and if the site is down, please contact your manager and make arrangements to drop off your rent with her. Or you may drop it off at our offices at 620 Arrow Hwy La Verne, CA 91750
Moving out
You are responsible for paying rent through the end of your lease term even if you decide to move out early.
You will be given the option to have an inspection with your property manager present two weeks prior to your lease end date. The purpose of this inspection is to notify you of any chargeable damages or cleaning in your apartment. Your manager will notify you of this option, when she receives a 30-Day Notice to move from you.
Regardless of your lease expiration date, you MUST give a 30-Day Notice in Writing of your intention to move or renew.
Should you decide to add or delete a tenant, there is a $200.00 administrative fee payable in advance per tenant, per occurrence.
