Leasing Process
Due to the high demand for our apartments we lease our apartments on a first-come,
first-serve basis. We do not discriminate based upon race, color, religion, creed, national origin, sex, age, family status or handicap. We are an Equal Opportunity Housing firm.
All prospective residents interested in leasing an apartment must follow the steps listed below:
Step #1:
Each year our waiting list starts on the 1st Monday in February. Currently taking names for waiting list. On this date you need to call (909) 599-4262 or e-mail info@uscapartmentrentals.com and request your name to be added to the list and make sure to ask what number you are on the list. Don’t be discouraged if you have a high number.
Step #2:
Once we know how many apartments we have available we will begin calling people from the list to schedule appointments to check out all available apartments. At your appointment time we will walk you thru all available apartments and we ask that you select two. In order to reserve the apartment of your choice ALL paperwork must be completed and turned in (Forms can be obtained by clicking on links below).
• Application (tenants -anyone that will be on the lease)• Co-Application To be filled out by parent or legal guardian(must accompany tenant application)-no exceptions!• Reservation & Cancellation• Copy of Student ID or Driver’s License (tenants only)• $50 Application Fee (per tenant) payable to Autumn Leaf, LLC• Security Deposit (equal to 1 ½ times of the rent) payable to Autumn Leaf, LLC
Step #3:
When all paperwork has been received at our office we will go thru it to make sure all is complete and will call to confirm that apartment has been reserved for you. We will not cash any checks (application fee or security deposit until we have confirmed with you that you have been approved).
